Choose the “Online” option if you feel confident to sell your property yourself. The “Online” package includes all you need to market your property for sale. No commission, just an upfront fee for the marketing services provided. You can add additional services listed under “Recommended Extras”. Do you require an other service that isn’t listed below? Contact us and we will design a bespoke solution for you.

The “Hybrid” package is a combination of “Online” and “Traditional” services. Choose this solution if you feel comfortable working partially yourself along with the help and support of a real estate agent by your side. All the “Online” fundamental services to market your property are included. We have added 10 accompanied viewings by a Properfees agent, the listing on 9 property portals for 12 months and many other services offered by traditional estate agencies. This option includes an upfront fee and a very competitive commission when the property is sold by Properfees.

Want to leave it to us? Pick the “Traditional” option, like all traditional estate agencies, Properfees offers unlimited and complete services to sell your property from start to completion date with no upfront fee. This is a No Sale-No Fee option, you only pay a competitive commission on completion when the property is sold by Properfees.

How it works

1. Book a valuation

Contact us or click “Book a Free Valuation” to schedule an appointment at your property with a Properfees valuation expert for a free no-obligation valuation.

You will receive the valuation by email within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Choose a package

Choose between the “Online”, “Hybrid” and “Traditional” selling packages Properfees has designed for you.

Call us to let us know the chosen package and to arrange a date for the Home Visit.

3. Home Visit

A Properfees agent will visit your property.

He will take professional HDR photos of your accommodation and gather all the necessary information to create the sales brochure.

4. Listings

Your property will be listed on Properfees until your property is sold.

Your property will also be listed on 9 property portals. The duration of the publication will depend on the chosen package.

You can add additional months of listing by choosing “Listing on 9 property portals” and “Homegate Top Listing” for maximum visibility.

5. Enquiries and Viewings

Depending on the chosen package, Properfees will send you all information and viewing requests by email for you to manage or a Properfees agent will reply to all clients enquiries and conduct viewings.

6. Follow-up until sales completion

“Hybrid” and “Traditional packages : Your dedicated Properfees agent will accomplish all the services you require of a professional estate agent from start to finish.
